While dining at Peller Estates is always a memorable experience, our themed dining event will take things to a whole new degree of delicious luxury. Dine amongst the barrels during our intimate Barrel Cellar Dinner. These foodie fantasies have been specially designed to engage all of your senses.

​To make your travel easy and stress-free, we have arranged for a charter bus to transport us from the White Oaks Hotel to Peller Estates, then departing from Peller Estates at 9:45 PM. Please be punctual as the bus will depart promptly at the scheduled time. We look forward to a smooth and enjoyable journey together—let's make sure we all set sail on time!

Our evening at Peller Estates will be an immersive experience, divided into several stages to fully enjoy all the estate has to offer. We will begin with a guided tour of the beautiful grounds, allowing you to take in the scenic vineyards and learn more about the winemaking process. Following the tour, we will lead the group outside for a special sabre demonstration, where you’ll witness the traditional technique of opening a bottle of sparkling wine with a sabre. Afterward, guests will be treated to a sample of Peller’s signature Sparkling Ice Cuvée, adding a touch of elegance to the evening.
